Mission Statement
Our Goals Are To Reduce Violence, Create Peace, Save Lives And Educate Our Children. Our Children Are Our Future And Through The Transitions To Greatness Foundation ( TTGF) We Mentor The Youth, Have A Lifeskills Course And We Also Have Summer Basketball League For The Youth From 6 To 15 Years Old. We At TTGF Feel That Through Lifeskills, Mentoring And Youth Basketball The Youth Will Learn Communication Skill, Critical Thinking, Responsibility, Decision Making, Problem Solving And A Host Of Other Things That Will Help Shape Their Way Of Thinking In A Positive Way. TTGF Is A Community Based Violence Reduction Gang Prevention And Intervention, Lifeskills, Basketball And Youth Mental Health Foundation Located In Compton California. Our Primary Focus Are The Youth And Violence Reduction We Also Engage With Gang Members To Intervene In Conflicts To Try And Form A Peaceful Solution. Also To Bring Rival Gangs Together To Create Ceasefires To Reduce Violence In The Community. TTGF Will Also Be At Local Parks And Speaking To Youth At Schools About The Consequences Of Joining A Gang. Our Goals Are To Educate The Youth Reduce Violence And Save Lives.
